1. The Site and the seller

The editionby.com website (the "Site") is operated by Goldin Libros Ltd., company no. 515292878, 27 Aharon Chelouche St., Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6514855 (the "Company"), under the name EDITION BY. The Company markets and sells furniture and home decor items on the Site.

Use of the Site is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Accessibility Statement and the Delivery and Returns policy.

2. Site content

The images, texts and design on the Site belong to the Company or to rights holders who allowed it to use them. They may not be copied or published without the Company's written permission. The Site may not be used for any unlawful purpose.

3. Prices and information

Prices on the Site are in new Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT. Shipping fees are shown before payment. Furniture and items requiring special delivery and assembly: under the Delivery and Returns policy.

Offers and prices on the Site are valid as long as they are shown on the Site.

Descriptions, colours or images may contain inaccuracies. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will let you know, and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Orders

Orders are placed on the Site and are binding once the Company has confirmed them by an order confirmation. An order for furniture or items requiring special delivery and assembly is binding only after you approve the delivery price. After you order, you will receive an initial confirmation by email. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays). If there is a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details.

No later than delivery, you will receive in writing a document with the transaction details: the seller's details, the main features of the product, the price and payment terms, how to cancel the transaction, the manufacturer's name and country of manufacture, the warranty and other terms.

Order information is encrypted (SSL).

5. Promotions and discounts

The Company may publish promotions and discounts on terms it sets and may end them. Ending a promotion does not affect an order already confirmed. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. If a transaction bought at a discount or with a coupon is cancelled, the refund is based on the price actually paid.

6. Product warranty

The Company gives no warranty of its own beyond its duties under the law. If an item has a defect or nonconformity, contact us at 03-6700207 or info@editionby.com, and we will handle it under the law. Your rights under any law are reserved.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
