The user agrees and undertakes not to use the Site for any illegal or prohibited purpose.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, deny access to the Site or online shopping service to users who violate the terms of this agreement in a manner that could cause damage to other users or the Company, or who have been determined by the Company to be unsuitable for using the Company's services.

Orders
Orders can be placed through the online store and are not binding until the Company has confirmed the order through an official order confirmation.
After placing your order, you will receive an initial confirmation by email. The order will be processed within 2-3 business days. We operate Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays and Fridays.
In case of delay, for example due to inventory availability, we will notify you as soon as possible. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a final confirmation and tracking details for your order by email.
When you place an order, all information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure information security.
Payment and Prices
All product prices as displayed on the Site are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). Prices include VAT at a rate of 18% and do not include shipping fees.
The Company may publish/offer promotions, discounts, and any other benefits under conditions determined by it and at its sole discretion. The Company may discontinue any benefit immediately and without prior notice.
Multiple discounts will not be given unless otherwise stated.
In case of returning an item purchased with a discount/benefit or using a coupon, the refund amount to the customer will be the price after the discount. No refund will be given on coupons.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to these terms of use, their interpretation and enforcement, and/or anything arising from them, will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction will be with the competent courts in Israel.
