Delivery and Returns

Shipping

  • Tel Aviv-Yafo: 50 ILS.
  • Outside Tel Aviv-Yafo: from 50 ILS, depending on the destination. Shipping fees are shown before payment.
  • Furniture and items requiring special delivery and assembly: the delivery and assembly price is set close to the delivery date and given to you before delivery. The order is binding only after you approve the delivery price. If you do not approve it, the order is cancelled and the full amount you paid is refunded.
  • Shipments are sent by shipping companies or couriers from our warehouse or store in Tel Aviv.

Delivery times (items in stock, from receipt of the order)

  • Tel Aviv-Yafo: 2-5 business days.
  • Outside Tel Aviv-Yafo: 5-10 business days.
  • Items not in stock: the delivery date is given to you before the order is completed.

If an item is not delivered on time, you may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

Undelivered shipments

If a shipment was not delivered because the customer was absent or for any other reason, and the customer made no further contact, the Company may cancel the transaction, and the shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.

The Company may delay an order for payment verification.

Cancellation and returns

  • You may cancel a transaction from the day of the order until 14 days from receipt of the item or from receipt of the document with the transaction details, whichever is later.
  • A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 or over) or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months from the transaction, from receipt of the item or from receipt of the document, whichever is later, if the transaction included a conversation with the Company, including by electronic communication. The Company may ask to see a certificate showing this.
  • Cancellation notice: by email to info@editionby.com, through the contact form on the Site, or by phone at 03-6700207.
  • Cancellation due to a defect, nonconformity with the details provided, late delivery or another breach by the Company: full refund within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, with no cancellation fee. The item is made available to the Company where it was delivered.
  • Cancellation for any other reason: refund within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. The cancellation fee includes the shipping fee and any other expense; no other amount is deducted. The item is returned to the store, 27 Aharon Chelouche St., Tel Aviv-Yafo, or as arranged with us.
  • Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please return the item in its original packaging and unused. If the item's value has decreased due to a significant deterioration in its condition, the Company may claim its damages.
  • An item produced specially for you following the order: the transaction cannot be cancelled, except for cancellation due to a defect, nonconformity, late delivery or another breach by the Company.
  • An item given as a gift with no payment made for it: no monetary refund.
  • No direct exchanges: cancel under these rules and place a new order.
