Delivery and Returns
Shipping Costs
For deliveries within the Tel Aviv-Yafo area, the shipping fee is 50 ILS.
For deliveries outside Tel Aviv-Yafo, the shipping cost is a minimum of 50 ILS and up, depending on the delivery location.
Furniture and items requiring special delivery and assembly — the payment for delivery is arranged with the store.
The company reserves the right to update shipping rates from time to time.
Delivery Times
All our shipments are sent via shipping companies or courier services from our warehouse or store in Tel Aviv. We strive to ship as soon as possible. Goldin Libros Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays by shipping companies.
Delivery is 2-5 business days from receipt of order when the delivery address is within Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and 5-10 business days outside Tel Aviv for products in stock.
Undelivered Shipments
The company has the right to cancel the sales contract for goods that were sent to the designated address as requested by the user of the online shopping service, but were subsequently not received by the user due to their absence or any other reason, and no further contact was made by said user. The costs for returning the shipment and shipping will be charged to the customer.
Additionally, the company reserves the right to delay any order due to payment verification checks.
Transaction Cancellation by Site User
Transaction cancellation can only be made by the ordering customer and is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
A refund will be given in accordance with the law and according to the payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will only be processed through the credit card used for the purchase. If the customer paid shipping fees, this amount will not be refunded upon cancellation of the transaction.
Cancellation Terms
In accordance with the law, the customer may cancel a transaction in writing only through one of the following methods: telephone (written message), email, or through a contact form on the website.
A customer may cancel the transaction and receive a refund from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from receipt of the order, or from receipt of the transaction details document as required by law — whichever is later.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
In case of cancellation not due to non-conformity, the company will refund within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice that portion of the transaction price paid by the consumer, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and collect a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product or transaction price.
A consumer's right to cancel a transaction does not detract from the company's right to claim damages in case of returned products whose value has depreciated due to significant deterioration in their condition while in their possession, including products that have been used, whose packaging has been opened or damaged, that have been damaged, defective, spoiled, and/or have received any damage.
Product Return Conditions
Customers requesting to cancel a transaction are asked to return the product with the label and in its original packaging only, and provided that they have not been used.
Cases Where Transaction Cannot Be Cancelled
The right to cancel a transaction does not apply to products listed in the law and in the following cases:
- Products that were ordered and assembled specifically for the consumer as a result of the order.
- No refund will be given for items given as gifts for which no monetary payment was made.
